I think it is FAKE disc image.

no matter what compressor you used, the archive will small.
because the file is empty.

yap...i have extracted the file and mount the image using alcohol 120%, but i cannot run the setup file .. I guess it's a fake disc image.

Yap, its a DVD image, so NFS will running with this fake image, not looking for the ori DVD.
Mount using alcohol 120% and run your virgin NFS installer....
